No. The business can always respond professionally to your review, but a negative experience alone is not grounds for removal. We intervene only for matters such as threats, personal data or unlawful content.
What is the difference between claiming a profile and certification?
Claiming a profile shows your connection to the business so you can manage its profile and respond to reviews. Certification is a separate business assessment; a claimed profile is never automatically a trust mark.
Are the example businesses and reviews real?
No. Example businesses and reviews are fictional and clearly labelled to demonstrate the platform. Reviews submitted by visitors are genuinely saved and checked before becoming public.
I have a problem with a purchase from a business. Can you resolve it?
Contact the business first about your purchase or service. Formal mediation by trustmark.site is still in preparation. You can share a report through this contact point, but it does not open a mediation case. We offer no purchase or refund guarantee.
